Construct reinforced cast-in-place concrete walls on existing foundation structure, lay stone veneer, erect precast concrete panels on 19-ton steel space frame, erect steel joists, install metal decking with insulation and modified bitumen roofing, construct suspended plaster sofett. All interior finishes, mechanical and electrical systems. Site work. Structure connects with Buffalo Bill Dam; part of work extends over edge of 350 ft. vertical cliff.

Partial hangar completion for fueling the nose dock, raising the roof structure, and modifications to accommodate B-52 and other large aircraft. Multiple tail section and surface sensing door apertures. Structural steel alterations, dismantling, and new erections. Two 150,000 gallon steel fire water storage tanks, including a fire pump building and pumps for several hangars' fire protection systems. Fire protection and detection systems, including an AFFF system for interior engulfment of the hangar. New electrical control systems. Demolition and replacement of concrete and asphalt taxiways, along with underground utilities for water supply, fire water supply, and an AFFF drain system leading to a lined evaporation lagoon. Asbestos removal, plumbing, HVAC, and controls. All work is within active taxiway areas requiring close management of debris and access for military use at all times.
